As he wields a sword-like weapon, Sora's class would obviously be knight (or an equivalent one). There are lots of other characters with the same class, since this is a common class for a main character. For example, we have Cloud Strife and Squall Leonhart of Final Fantasy VII and VIII respectively. For godsakes, even Final Fantasy IX has Adelbert Steiner and it's not even the main character! Tidus and Auron of Final Fantasy X as well as Paine of Final Fantasy X-2 are another three examples, and so are Justin and Ryudo from the Grandia series. Not to forget Kratos Aurion of Tales of Symphonia, who uses a sword as well.

When Sora changes into one of his forms in Kingdom Hearts 2, he is able to use two keyblades (except for Wisdom and Anti-Form), making up for a quite different fighting style. The only character I know who uses two swords would be Lloyd Irving of Tales of Symphonia, but I think there are some more. Oh, and our very own Riku is a swordie, too.
